For stays shorter than 6 nights, the following extra charges must be paid on site: €10 perof towels if requested by the guest.
-Loud music is not allowed in the apartment out of respect for the neighbours.
-It is forbidden to deposit rubbish bags in the common areas of the building.
-Please always carry your keys with you. Travelling to the apartment to open the door for this reason after 9:00 p.m. will cost 25 euros.
- Guests must be careful not to lose or leave the keys inside the lock. In the event that this occurs, the cost of repairing the lock or copying the keys will be borne by the guest. "IMPORTANT: Towels stained with makeup or irreparably stained can be claimed by the client for replacement. The cost is 10€towel.
We also have the option of leaving the keys in a box for free entry after 8pm if you do not wish to pay for a late check-in. In this case, we will not be waiting for you in person.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
